This is sad news indeed for our community members who depend on SNAP. We are going to see what we can do to help folks out in this challenging time. I can’t comprehend this action to directly hurt our most vulnerable families. It seems very cruel to use them as pawns for political gains and to challenge an order that would have started these benefits again.

Our Story

As a wedding photographer in Southern California, I was inspired by legendary wedding photographer Rocky Gunn to create my own wedding chapel as he had done in the 1980s. While looking for a building to house my photography studio we came across this amazing old church built in 1903 overlooking the Grand River in Grand Ledge. As soon as we walked inside and saw the massive stain glass windows and historic charm we knew we’d found our wedding chapel - and photography studio which we built on the first level. After 6 months of renovation we opened for our first wedding at the Bridge Street Wedding Chapel in June of 2006. We feature the best of an historic church from 1903 (Original stained glass, organ pipes, woodwork etc) with the best of today's conveniences (central air, a brides suite, and grooms lounge). We are dedicated to helping our couples have an amazing, stress-free wedding day. Although we may host 50 or more weddings per year, we know for you - getting married - this is your one big day so we treat each wedding with the care, love and attention to detail you deserve on your wedding day.
