A wedding planner/day of coordinator is a must and Chelsea should be your first choice! Chelsea has experience and knows weddings inside and out. I had no idea what I didn’t know or what I needed help/guidance on and can’t imagine having tried to plan our wedding without her. She is very well connected and has relationships in the industry that made our day that much better. She knew our venue, Vista View Events at Open Heart Ranch, so well and worked with the venue owner, to ensure our day was as magical as we had always dreamed. Weddings in general are complex but especially weddings in the Colorado mountains and Chelsea knew how to help us with these intricacies in mind. The day of our wedding, Chelsea was a ROCKSTAR! She helped coordinate all of our vendors and kept me calm and handle just about everything! I can’t imagine what our day would have looked like without her.
