Katie (left): Lead Coordinator at CCWP and Owner/Floral Designer at ! Not only is Katie a queen of all things flowers, but she can bustle a wedding gown in six seconds flat (give or take a few) 😉!
Chelsea (right): Owner/Lead Planner of Chelsea Cholas Wedding Planning. Chelsea has been in the industry for 16 years and you’ll still find her watching to see the Groom’s reaction as the Bride walks down the aisle. Every.Single.Time. Who’s with me!? 😉

A wedding planner/day of coordinator is a must and Chelsea should be your first choice! Chelsea has experience and knows weddings inside and out. I had no idea what I didn’t know or what I needed help/guidance on and can’t imagine having tried to plan our wedding without her. She is very well connected and has relationships in the industry that made our day that much better. She knew our venue, Vista View Events at Open Heart Ranch, so well and worked with the venue owner, to ensure our day was as magical as we had always dreamed. Weddings in general are complex but especially weddings in the Colorado mountains and Chelsea knew how to help us with these intricacies in mind. The day of our wedding, Chelsea was a ROCKSTAR! She helped coordinate all of our vendors and kept me calm and handle just about everything! I can’t imagine what our day would have looked like without her. She is a true professional and is worth her weight in gold. Don’t wait to reach out to her, get her booked and on the calendar for your special day, you won’t regret it.

T & W's Wedding Weekend - The Rehearsal Dinner - 8.23.24
My wife and I were fortunate enough to work with Chelsea for our wedding in August 2024 at Spring Creeks Ranch in Carbondale, CO. She is the ULTIMATE wedding planner!! Chelsea provided multiple price tiers to fit our budget and went above and beyond answering our questions and coordinating with all different vendors to make sure our wedding weekend went smoothly. She joined us for our venue walkthrough a month before which made everything SO much less stressful and helped to assuage all of our concerns. She of course was with us on our wedding weekend and seamlessly coordinated the flow and timing of everything amongst all of the craziness! She was a true professional but provided a very real, down to earth service that made us feel like she wanted our wedding weekend to be just as special as we wanted it to be. She has a fantastic network of vendors she has worked with and lovely staff to help her every step of the way. Could not recommend Chelsea more highly!!
