My Kids' Kitchen Delicious local food made in the Champlain Islands. Specialty bakery items along with catering events. Recently, My Kids' Kitchen has begun catering events.

Our small Vermont family business takes pride in making specialty foods from ingredients that are either produced directly from our farm or purchased with the Lake Chaamplain area. Our products are based on wonderful fresh, local and organic products. Keeping in mind that all of our recipes fresh, delicious ingredients. We work with our customers to create a menu that will please every palate.

Prepared these three plated appetizer/salads. Which one would be your favorite?
1. Lime and gin cured salmon with cucumber and wasabi cucumber cream sauce.
2. Crab salad on a ring of cucumbers, topped with avocado sauce and micro greens.
3. Arugula with sliced pear, gorgonzola, pecans and crostini with pancetta and pear cheese.
