Queridos Inquilinos(as) de J&B Rentals, TW Ziller Properties, Tophat Properties, KKel Properties y Occasions Reception Hall.
Ante la creciente preocupacion por la pandemia de la amenaza a la salud publica de COVID-19 (CORONA VIRUS), queremos informarle que la oficina estara cerrada al publico. No podran entrar ala oficina y pedimos que dejen su pago en forma de cheque o Giro Postal (Money Order) en la ranura de la Puerta (door Slot). Su giro postal debe tener un recibo adjunto, guardenlo. Dejaremos sobres en el buzon del correo por si la ocupan. Escribiremos un recibo por su pago y lo retendremos hasta que todo haya pasado. Si usted gusta un recibo se lo Podemos hacer llegar por medio de un texto, favor de dejar su numero de cellular.

NOTICE- All Tenants for J&B Rentals, TW Ziller Properties, Tophat Properties, KKEL Properties & Occasions Reception Hall With the growing concerns for the pandemic COVID-19 (CORONA VIRUS) public health threat, Our office will be closed to the public, we will continue to receive calls and assist you as best as we can. For rent payments, Please leave your money order or check in the door slot, your money order has a receipt attached to it please keep it for your records. There will be envelopes in the mail box that you can use to put your payment in if needed, just be sure to put it in the door slot. We will write a receipt and hold them until this has all passed or provide a phone number and we will text you a copy. if you have any questions or have rent inquiries please call our office number at 308-398-1303 or email [email protected] Thanks in advance for your cooperation.... Whew!!!! we have been very busy with graduations this month, i haven't had the chance to post anything or thank everyone who has reserved our reception hall!
