Currently we are not focused on retail sales. We are focusing solely on custom processing and Catering. We will focus on BBQ and retail in the future but want to make sure we have the means to be consistent when we reopen. While we understand its frustrating to our customers not being open for retail, we will have a reopening here soon. We appreciate the patience and kindness we have been shown. We always accept orders on Facebook, our website or via phone.

**ATTENTION FARMERS**

We have immediate openings for beef and hogs! Our new building is not complete yet, so we are still bringing carcasses back to our Grand Island location. With our aging cooler being down we've had several cancellations. We need them filled as fast as possible. So give us a call at 308.675.2140 and get those suckers in here!

**CUSTOMERS LOOKING FOR BEEF AND HOGS**

We get it, prices are through the roof! Its cheaper to run to Walmart and grab your ground beef for next to nothing. We have farmers ready to bring beef in but they can't sell them so theyre taking them into big plants. But these farmers are busting their behinds to put food on our tables. They know the prices are high but they dont have a choice. Don't give them a reason to take their beef to big plants like JBS. Give us a call and let us get you on a list for a quarter of beef or half a hog.

If you see us floating around the shop today, it's because we are working very hard to get the compressor fixed and get back open. I promise, we're not staying closed forever. We appreciate the patience and loyalty, the kind words, and the appreciation we've received. We are so excited to see everybody and get back to doing what we love.
