Unfortunately due to shipping delays and other unexpected delays, we will not be ready for rifle season. We are still taking deer but it will not be until late November. We do still plan on being open by Thanksgiving, but are not taking orders on the off chance something else puts our open date later than expected.

Our goal is to have the food trailer up and running by November, just in time for Smoked Turkeys and Prime rib for the holidays! Currently we are not focused on retail sales. We are focusing solely on custom processing and Catering. We will focus on BBQ and retail in the future but want to make sure we have the means to be consistent when we reopen. While we understand its frustrating to our customers not being open for retail, we will have a reopening here soon. We appreciate the patience and kindness we have been shown. We always accept orders on Facebook, our website or via phone.
