We create fresh sweet and savory crepes using a unique twist on traditional recipes. We make fresh breakfast, sweet, and savory crepes with local and/or organic ingredients whenever possible all across West Michigan. We bring a fresh twist to a traditional Parisian street food.

Hi Crepe friends! We’re starting to build our team for this year’s Christkindl Markt GR at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market!

The market runs November 19 through December 24, and this year we’ll have three separate chalets—crepes, churros, and waffles.

We’re looking for bakers, experienced kitchen staff, prep help, dishwashers, and general crew members—but we’d also love to hear from college students, teens, artists, makers, or anyone looking for a fun seasonal side job. Basically, if you’re dependable, ready to jump in, and you know the grind, we’d love to hear from you!

These are seasonal positions, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

🎄 The 2026 Christkindl Markt GR vendor list is officially out — and we have some BIG news! 🎄

Crepes by the Lakes will be back at the Grand Rapids Christkindl Market this winter, but this year we’re doing things a little differently…

For the first time, our team will be taking on THREE booths at the market! 🤯

🥞 Crepes by the Lakes - Food Truck — all the crepes you know and love
✨ Cäsa de Churros — back for another season with hot, fresh churros
🧇 A BRAND-NEW BELGIAN WAFFLE BOOTH — our newest addition to Christkindl!

That’s right… three booths, three different menus, one very busy holiday season. 😂🎄

We’re still putting the finishing touches on the waffles, and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on.
