If we were to host a wine dinner this summer, would people interested? I know summer is when everyone is busy, buts it's when I have my free time 🤣. If so, throw some dates at me of when you'd like to see a dinner! I'm thinking Pacific Rim theme since it's always been the most popular! Think Tuna Duo, Lumpia, etc for the menu.

PK’s Culinary is bringing back some of your all-time favorite dishes for a special one-night-only pop-up event! Yes, we’ve heard you— “Bacon Wrapped Dates!” While it won’t be 7 courses of just dates (we promise), you’ll definitely see them on the menu.

📍 Where: The new banquet room at Siam Palace
🕕 Doors Open: 6:00 PM (welcome mocktail included)
🕡 Dinner Starts: 6:30 PM

Quick little dinner at home tonight! Pancetta and Cheese Tortellini with quick little pan sauce of tomato paste, garlic, white white, and fresh garden tomatoes, finishes with smoked turkey from Harvest Foods in Coulee Dam and fresh shaved Parmesan. Delish! Thank you Kim Black for the amazing tomatoes!!
