Savor a perfectly paired 6 oz Teres Major steak – a tender, flavorful bistro cut from the shoulder – alongside a 6 oz lobster tail served over creamy fondant potatoes. Accompanied by seasonal broccoli and finished with rich lobster bisque sauce and a classic demi-glace.
Delicately wrapped in prosciutto, our chilean sea bass is served atop pillowy potato gnocchi in a vibrant Veracruz-style marinara sauce, featuring olives, capers, banana peppers, and garlic. Finished with a rich lemon cream spinach, a touch of balsamic glaze, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
