Father’s Day special! At the Burleson Farmers Market!
We have tried to do all the logistics with making this happen and so that everyone can enjoy a beautiful and tasty Wellington we have decided to premake these and have them ready for you to take home and bake!
So we will start with pre orders today until Friday at noon!
Menu items 8oz filets wrapped perfectly with all the beef Wellington flavors, served with a side of Italian creamy potatoes with a black truffle topping, a side of sauce, red wine reduction, Gorgonzola, and shallot finish. $45 per order
These are easy to bake, 450 degrees for 15 minutes, take an egg wash and lightly cover the Wellington and a pinch of salt. Perfection!
Please text your order to 8174586612 with your name and how many you would like to order. Then pick up from the Salsa Boss booth on Saturday from 9am to 2pm
