Twelve 18 event venue welcomes new owner Saranya Tangvitoontham

Site is ready for weddings, celebrations, corporate events and more

GRAFTON — A new chapter begins for one of downtown Grafton’s premiere event destinations as Saranya Tangvitoontham introduces Twelve 18 Event Venue, a modern, thoughtfully designed event space overlooking the scenic Milwaukee River.

Located at 1218 13th Ave., the event venue is set in a space that blends timeless architectural charm with a refined modern aesthetic, according to a company press release. The venue continues its tradition of exceptional hospitality while embracing an exciting new vision under Kathy Janzer and Tangvitoontham’s leadership.

“Whether guests are planning a wedding, milestone celebration, corporate gathering or special event, we want Twelve 18 to be a place where memories are created and shared,” Tangvitoontham said. “Our goal is to provide a beautiful, welcoming space that allows every event to feel unique, seamless and truly personal.”

Twelve 18 features soaring ceilings, exposed brick architecture, abundant natural light and flexible event space accommodating up to 150 guests. The venue’s design can be customized to reflect each client's style and vision.

Twelve 18 is now booking both daytime and evening events, including:

_ weddings and receptions;

_ bridal and baby showers;

_ anniversary and birthday celebrations;

_ corporate meetings and events;

and

_ community gatherings and special occasions.

To help prospective clients envision their event, complimentary venue tours are available by appointment.

“Twelve 18 offers a unique combination of elegance, flexibility, and location,” Janzer added. “We invite the community and visitors alike to discover everything our venue has to offer.”
