The Torrington Country Club prides itself as being a first-rate golfing venue. The Club was established in 1929 and has become the premiere 18-hole private golf course in Northwestern Connecticut. The Club is known for its traditional design, true-rolling greens, demanding shot accuracy and fairways that require thoughtful shot preparation. Members can enjoy first-class service and fine dining with spectacular views of the golf course in The TCC Restaurant. For a more casual gathering, members can relax with family and friends and enjoy the latest sporting event in the Lounge or enjoy fabulous weather on the Patio. Our New Member Meet & Greet + Stock Your Wine Locker event on May 21st was the perfect way to bring everyone together for a fun evening at the club! From meeting new faces to reconnecting with familiar ones, it was great to see friendships forming and members enjoying a relaxed social night together.

Experienced staff wanted for the following positions:

Bartenders
Server
Short Order Cook

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members with experience in fast-paced restaurant/bar environments.
Weekend and evening availability preferred.

Bartender Responsibilities:
Mix and serve drinks
Provide excellent customer service
Handle tabs and cash/POS transactions
Maintain a clean, organized bar area

Server Responsibilities:
Take food and drink orders
Deliver excellent customer service
Work efficiently during busy shifts
Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas

Short Order Cook Responsibilities:
Prepare menu items quickly and consistently
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Keep the kitchen organized and stocked
Work well under pressure during rushes

Qualifications:
Prior experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Dependable and team-oriented
Positive attitude and professional appearance

League season is almost here at Torrington Country Club! ⛳️

Tuesday Women's League – Evening Play
• Play as much or as little as you can, no weekly commitment
• Fun, creative formats each week
(scrambles, shambles, and a few TCC originals)
• Relaxed social rounds with some light competition
• A great group of women to make memories with on and off the course

Wednesdays – Men’s Afternoon Group
• A long-standing club tradition featuring organized matches, consistent pairings, and a full afternoon of competitive golf—followed by time well spent at the Club.

Thursday Morning – Ladies’ “Tee” Party
• 18 holes at 9:00 AM
• 9 holes at 11:00 AM
• Play as much or as little as you’d like
• Relaxed, social rounds with no pressure—just great company
