On Saturday, April 18th, 2026, I was honored to join a poignant tribute to Joe, devoted husband to Laura and dedicated father to their vibrant daughter Haley, whose Marine training ignited a beacon of strength, exemplifying the unyielding power of resilience and determination. Joe's unwavering dedication to his convictions inspired many. Though his fight has come to an end, his legacy of love, courage, and protection will continue to uplift his family, friends, and all those in need of support.
