The Lights of Gordonsville

05/12/2026

Hello everybody! **A quick important shout out for the Gordonsville High School Art Club and their leader Ms. Penuel** We finally got to give them their Thank You Pizza Party 🍕 and Art club donation💰 for all of their creative work on the 2025 lights contest trophies and keepsake ornaments they made for us! 🏆

With the help of the Gordonsville Events Committee and the Robinson family, the GHS Art Club received $300 for art supplies and future creative endeavors along with plenty of yummy pizzas.

We were all so happy with their 2025 creations, and we look forward to working with them again for the 2026 Christmas Lights Contest!

This year’s People’s Choice Award goes to 228 Pig Branch Rd! Congratulations you guys, 2 years in a row you had the most votes! They’re a little off the beaten path of downtown Gordonsville, but worth the short drive to Pig Branch Rd in Hickman. Merry Christmas! DM us to meet up for your trophy!! Jessica Smith Hula
