WE HAVE FLOWERS Y’ALL!!!! It’s been a brutal winter and I try to live so in the moment that I forget how good it inevitably gets! Which means I’ll pretty soon forget how awful winter is - and repeat and repeat and repeat. But right now - I’m so happy!!!

This is the time of year when I get to see my mom more than once a day! We have been so busy getting our annual cut flower farm ready, then it’s off to wherever the kids need us, and then back to harvesting peonies at sunset. 🌸

Help me in wishing my mom the happiest of birthdays!!! She makes 65 look easy!! We love flowers and gardening but the true gift of this farm is having her by my side. This flower farm wouldn’t exist without her! She is my best friend, the one who keeps us in line but also keeps me on my toes with all the crazy s**t that comes out of her mouth that makes us laugh so hard! I truly pray everyone has a Doris in their corner. I love you, mom!! 🌸 and the kids love their Gigi!!

They tell you to not let your children define you but what if they are what made me the person who I am today and inspire me to be a better person tomorrow 🌈 Everything I do is for them and I wouldn’t change a thing. My identity includes them and being their mom is my biggest and most rewarding calling. They enrich my life and make it beautiful, wild, crazy, busy, and full of so much laughter and love. I am also surrounded by some of the best women who also go by “mom” and empower me to be the best version of myself. Motherhood forever changed me and I love these four with my entire heart 💜🩷🧡💛 I may need a step-stool next year to keep up with these growing kids according to Mitch 😅
