Little did we know that our four year adventure overseas would introduce foods from all over the world and ignite a spark to learn more about the beauty of food. We grew up in the Texas Panhandle with smoked meats and BBQ as a main dish. Living abroad has opened our eyes to European, Indian and African cuisines and many new spices packed with natural color and flavor. Me and my wife will thrive to offer only fresh produce, poultry, meats and the seasonal seafood from the most local sources.
