Dear Friends and Community Members,
We wanted to provide a quick update regarding our upcoming Juneteenth Celebration.
First and foremost, THE EVENT IS STILL ON! 🎉
Despite some rumors and concerns about the weather, we are excited to share that our Juneteenth Celebration is moving forward as planned. Our team continues to work hard behind the scenes, and we are gearing up for an amazing day of fellowship, food, entertainment, culture, and community.
However, after speaking with many of our car show participants, we have made the decision to reschedule the Car Show. Understandably, many car enthusiasts prefer not to bring out their freshly detailed classic, custom, and show vehicles following rainy weather conditions.
But don't worry—we already have a new date!

The same great cars, the same excitement, the same trophies, and the same community spirit—just on a different date with hopes for bright sunshine and perfect cruising weather!
Now for the really good news...
🎉 Everything else is still a GO!
We are continuing to monitor the weather closely, and current forecasts indicate favorable conditions by midday Friday. Our planning hasn't slowed down one bit, and we are looking forward to welcoming everyone for a fantastic celebration.

We want to clear up any rumors and reassure everyone that our Juneteenth Celebration is absolutely still a GO! 🎉
Nothing has changed—this event is ON and POPPIN', and we cannot wait to celebrate with all of you this Friday! We are excited, working hard behind the scenes, and preparing for what promises to be an amazing day filled with fun, fellowship, culture, and community spirit.
The gates open at 11:30 AM, and the festivities will continue throughout the day and into the evening!
