Early mornings, great work, and even better competition 🏈
Dos Pueblos hosted Mission Prep for an early 7v7 session, and this is exactly what offseason football is about.

Getting reps against a partner at the same skill level creates real opportunities, especially for our younger guys getting their toes wet and learning what to expect once the season kicks off. Iron sharpens iron, and the work now shows up later.

Grateful for quality competition and the chance to grow. 💪

Watching greatness in action is something I’ll never forget. 🙌
Huge congratulations to Talia Douglas on earning her 3rd Dan Black Belt at the Santa Barbara DOJO! 🥋✨

The Santa Barbara DOJO, family owned, family operated, and rooted in generations of tradition offers everything from family classes and fitness kickboxing to Hapkido for adults and teens, and even kids karate. It’s a place where discipline, confidence, and community are built every single day.

I had the honor of being invited to watch Talia’s 3rd Dan Black Belt test, and “amazed” doesn’t even begin to cover it. The focus, the strength, the precision… and then watching her take on eight attackers with her eyes closed was absolutely jaw-dropping. That kind of skill only comes from countless hours of practice, dedication, and a true love for the art.

Talia, thank you for allowing me to witness such a powerful milestone. And thank you to the Santa Barbara DOJO for creating an environment where students can grow, shine, and push the limits of what they believe is possible. 🥋🔥

Here’s to discipline, family, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

The Dos Pueblos Varsity Chargers rolled into San Marcos for the cross-town rivalry ,a win or go home battle under the lights. ⚡️🏈

From the first snap, it was clear neither team was ready to pack it in. Every yard was fought for, every tackle earned, and every play carried the weight of the season. The Chargers left everything on the field, pushing the game into double overtime in a true clash of willpower and pride.

When the dust settled, it was San Marcos who came out on top but make no mistake, the Chargers showed heart, fight, and unity that can’t be measured by the scoreboard. 💙💛

Proud is an understatement. The rivalry is alive, and the fire is only growing stronger. ⚡️🔥

As the Freshman Dos Pueblos boys got their first real taste of the rivalry, the JV Chargers waited patiently on the sidelines for their turn — and oh boy, did they do their homework. ⚡️💪

Firing on all cylinders, the JV boys never let up on the gas. This was their final game as JV players, and to say they earned their stripes would be an understatement. Every mental and physical battle this season forged these players into something special.

Without hesitation, I can say each and every one of these Chargers deserves their spot on Varsity next year. These photos don’t even come close to showing the heart, grit, and brotherhood this team put on display.

The JV Chargers closed out the season with a shutout and a statement. The future of DP Football is looking bright. 🔵⚡️

Cross-town rivalry was in full effect as the Dos Pueblos Freshman Chargers took on San Marcos. ⚡️💪
DP came out strong, setting the tone early and showing what Charger football is all about. But the Royals didn’t back down, slowly finding their rhythm and keeping DP on their toes through all four quarters.

When the clock hit 0️⃣, the scoreboard showed what neither team wanted — a tie. Still, this one’s far from over… the rivalry just got that much deeper. 🔵⚡️🔴

The Dos Pueblos Varsity Chargers traveled south to take on the Fillmore Flashes under the Friday night lights. From the first snap to the final whistle, it was a battle of grit, power, and heart. 💪

The Chargers brought the energy and refused to back down, fighting for every yard, every tackle, and every moment that defined the game. Though the scoreboard didn’t fall their way, their determination and teamwork spoke louder than the numbers. 🔋💙💛

Next stop — the school on Hollister for what might be the last game of the regular season Thursday at 7pm, but something tells us this isn’t the end of the road for these Chargers. ⚡️

Charged Up in Fillmore ⚡️🏈
The Dos Pueblos JV Chargers hit the road to take on the Fillmore Flashes on their home turf. It was four quarters of body-clashing intensity and hard-fought 1st downs. 💥

When the final whistle blew, the Flashes came out on top but not without a full 110% effort from the JV Chargers, who left everything on the field. 💪

With a short rest week ahead, the Chargers now turn their focus to the final game of the season against the school on Hollister.

The Dos Pueblos Varsity Chargers stormed into Santa Paula and lit up the field under those Friday night lights! 💥 From the first whistle, the Chargers came charged up and ready for battle, showing the Cardinals exactly why they deserve to walk away with the W. 🏈🔥

Even through a few bumps and mishaps, the boys locked in, found their rhythm, and finished the night victorious. 💪 Every play was a lesson, every snap a spark and now the energy rolls straight into this Friday night as the Chargers take on Fillmore on their home turf.

The Dos Pueblos JV Chargers took on the Santa Paula Cardinals this past Friday night and the energy was electric! 🔥 With only two weeks left in the season, the JV boys are starting to gel, using every weapon in their arsenal to make each snap count. 💪

⚡️Clash of the Chargers ⚡️
It was a battle of the lightning as the Dos Pueblos Varsity Chargers took on Agoura High School and you could feel the thunder rumble through the stands. 💥

With pink highlighting the field, the night also stood in honor of all the women who know firsthand what it means to fight a battle most of us will never truly understand. 💗

Senior Night was filled with emotion both on and off the field, as our seniors took to their home turf for what might be their last time. But if this team keeps showing up and showing out the way they have, we just might see a playoff game right here under these same lights. 🙌🏽

Under the Friday night lights, it’s easy to see the glory but what often goes unseen is the grind.

Every senior on the Dos Pueblos Varsity Charger Football team has poured countless hours into getting here, hours in the weight room, in film study, at practice, and in recovery. Each rep, each sprint, and each play has been part of a journey years in the making. 💪⚡️

But behind every one of these players stands a family. The real MVPs. The parents who became personal Ubers, the ones who made sure the fridge was always stocked, the gear was always fresh, and the support never stopped. You’ve been the foundation that kept these Chargers charging forward. 💙💛

They say it takes a village and around here, that couldn’t be more true. From every ride, meal, cheer, and word of encouragement — thank you.

Here’s to the seniors, their families, and the incredible community that made this season possible.
