Due to rain in the forecast - the REVISED start will now be Friday, September 19 and continuing through the start of October, our parking lot is getting a new sealcoat and stripes. We WILL BE OPEN, but some entrances/parking areas will be inaccessible on different days.

New Vendor Applications Are Here!

Greetings,

New vendor applications for the 2025 ECA Christmas Bazaar are now being accepted! Please read all of the following letter before completing the application.

DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL YOU ARE ACCEPTED! You will have 1 week after you are notified to pay, or your spot will go to the next vendor.
Payment must be with a check or money order and made to:
Wayne County ECA.

Mail check/ money order or dropped off to:

We understand that you would like to pay online but at this time that is not an option for ECA.

Vendors must have at least 70% hand crafted items, (30% commercially made) no food products, and no sharing of booths. If you do not abide by these rules, you will not be invited back, so please make sure you comply. All new vendors must submit a website, page, or send sample pictures of all products that will be sold. Vendor applications for DIRECT SALES are not being accepted at this time.

All pink and blue booths are SOLD and there is a limited amount of yellow space available on which you will be assigned, see attached map.

ECA has the right to deny any vendor for any reason.

If accepted, please watch out for emails in October about luncheon options for the bazaar.
