EVENTS BY MICHELLE 2.0✨🪩👏🏼🤍

Two years ago, I took a leap of faith and officially launched Events by Michelle. What started as a dream sparked by a single conversation has since grown into something more meaningful than I could’ve imagined. I didn’t have all the answers, but I had passion, grit, and a deep love for creating beautiful moments for people on one of the biggest days of their lives.

Since then, this little business of mine has brought me so much more than weddings. It’s brought me incredible clients who trusted me, friendships that feel like family, and a front-row seat to so many once-in-a-lifetime love stories. I’ve learned how to trust myself, how to pivot when needed, and how to grow both personally and professionally — all while chasing this dream full speed.

I’m so thankful for every couple, vendor, friend, and family member who has cheered me on through the highs and the chaos. Cheers to two years of Events by Michelle, and to many more years of planning with heart, purpose, and a whole lot of love. 🤍

Today’s team intro is…Rebeca! 🤍✨

Rebeca was born in Tlaxcala, Mexico and discovered her love for weddings during an internship at the Occidental Xcaret Hotel in Playa del Carmen. Now based in Houston, TX she’s spent the past three years coordinating destination and Indian weddings. Known for her happy, charismatic, and friendly personality, Beky is a proud Disney fan who finds joy in hearing each couple’s unique love story and helping bring their dream wedding to life from the ground up!

Everyone say hii to our girl Laura! 🤍

Laura is Colombian-born and Texan-raised which means she loves a good party! She is recently married to her high school sweetheart and has two adorable doggies. With a Masters in Finance and a background in real estate investments, she knows how to bring her analytical mindset to make sure the big day goes as smooth as possible. Her passion is bringing someone’s dream day come to life.

FUN facts about Laura —

✨She is most likely to fluff the bride’s dress all night long and/or have a stash of snacks & drinks always ready on the go for the newlyweds!

✨Her go-to hype song before a wedding is “Love On Top” by Beyonce.

✨Her signature wedding moment is towards the end of the night, when people are enjoying the last few songs on the dance floor and the newly married couple is happily dancing in each other’s arms knowing that all the planning was worth it 🙏🏼
