It was a beautiful day at the Mille Lacs Artisan Co-op Grand Opening on Sat, May 10, 2025 in Malmo, MN! Here are a few pictures of some of the artisans and some of the wonderful unique one-of-a-kind pieces you can find at the Co-op! There were friends, many fishermen, and travelers who came through. It was a busy fishing opener and Mother's Day weekend! Thank you Erich Ess for having Maurice Wilson and I involved with your event!

It's the Grand Opening celebration for Mille Lacs Artisan Co-op in (Malmo Township) Aitkin, MN on Sat, May 10, 2025! Come check out the Mille Lacs Artisan Co-op owned by Diane's classmate, Erich Ess! The Co-op showcases a collection of unique one-of-a-kind local artisan wares, pottery, metalsmithing (and jewelry repair), lampwork glass art, lapidary work, agate jewelry, wire wrapping, gifts, souvenirs, custom creations, antiques, and more!!! There will be free hamburgers and snacks starting at 11:00 a.m. and music entertainment by the Diane Zilverberg Duo featuring Diane Zilverberg & Maurice Wilson from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. See you there!!

On Fri, Nov 24, 2023, I was honored to be asked to sing the National Anthem at the start of the annual World Famous Fish House Parade in my hometown of Aitkin, MN. What a great time! The streets of Aitkin were packed!
