It’s July 4th Eve!!!!! The excitement is real around here!

All the What’s Where in this post!

💥Address is 8430 Bell Ave.

*📣Bell Ave will be closed from the Ivor Baptist Church back to Babb Drive. This includes the Church St. Intersection at Bell.

*📣Church St. Will also be closed between Bell and Rawls.

*🛍 VENDORS will be along Bell Ave from the church back to the town office. Some will also be in the playground fence area and along the side of the Baptist church on Church St. We have DOUBLE the vendors that we had last year! Please visit their tents! We love to support small businesses in Ivor!

*🍔🌮🌯🍦FOOD vendors -
Boykins Vol. Fire & Rescue and Tiffany's Food Truck and Cofeilds water truck will be side by side under the tree in the office parking lot right off Bell Ave. FARM FED and Sammies and Sweets, LLC will be just inside the ballfield fence in left center field. The Lighthouse Project and Richlands Dairy & Creamery will be inside the ballfield fence under the scoreboard. Ivor Community Athletics concession stand will be open from 4-6 and will be in the brick building behind home plate.

*🎆Tango Down Laser Wars will be in Left field

*👶 6 and Under Area will be on the INFIELD. There will be signs and it will be marked off. Supervision is required but no kids over the age of 6 should be in the bounce house or using the other items. 📢

*🎪💦INFLATAPALOOZA starts just behind First base with the 30’ water slide and extends into right field with the slip and slide. The bungee run and obstacle course will be towards center field.

*🛝PLAYGROUND will be open with kids co****le boards and some other lawn games added. Also the Little Free Library has been restocked!

*🌽🏆CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT by the batting cage in the ballfield parking (off of Church St)

*🎶🎵MAIN STAGE kicks off right at 2PM and goes all the way until fireworks! Stage is located in ballfield parking lot just alongside Church St.

**🅿️ PARKING is allowed at Ivor Baptist Church (Main and Bell), Ivor Methodist Church (Main and New Road), parts of Ivor Fire Dept (main st) 📣DO NOT BLOCK BAYS OR ACCESS TO BUILDING FOR OUR FIRE DEPT! 📣, the “triangle”
Behind the municipal building (Corner of Bell and Rawls- only accessible by Rawls),
Grassy field across from Methodist Church (accessible from New Rd- most suitable to trucks and suvs). This is adjacent to a private yard. PLEASE Do not drive through that yard to get in or out.
STREET PARKING is available on all streets except the area of Railroad Ave avenue past end state maintenance sign. PLEASE do not block driveways.

*🎇✨🎇FIREWORKS will be shot from in front of municipal building. Best place to watch in and around ballfield. Although last year they were seen from 460! Imperial Pyro and Special Effects will be set up behind the food trucks next to the building. This area is NOT ACCESSIBLE TO ANYONE.

*🚻 RESTROOMS- back of Concession stand - womens on the parking lot side and mens on the side near the covered area.
Inside the Municipal Building. Must use front door, bathrooms at the back. Women to the left, men to the right. Handicap accessible Portapotty in the playground area.

We hope everyone has marked their calendars for the BEST July 4th party Around!!!

We have a record number of vendors coming out this year, so Bell Avenue will be closed from Babb Drive to the front of Ivor Baptist Church. There will be parking at the church as well as the grassy area across the street as soon as you turn off of Main St. Onto Bell. Some Vendors will also be near the corner of Bell and Church St and inside the playground fence.

Church Street will also be closed from Bell to Rawls Drive. Rawls Drive will be open until close to fireworks when it will be closed. There is parking at the “triangle” on the other side of the town office.

There is also parking at Ivor Methodist Church and the open field on the other corner of Main Street and New Road. This is a field and you will need to use caution on which vehicles you park here. This lot is adjacent to a private yard. Please do not drive through that to get in or out.

Parking also available at Ivor Fire House and along most streets in town. Please do not block driveways.

Get here early to snag a good parking spot! We have something to keep adults and kids happy and fed all day!! Everything is FREE except the food you purchase thanks to our VERY GENEROUS SPONSORS!

Speaking of food! We have all the bases covered!
Food trucks: Tiffany's Food Truck, FARM FED, Taco Amigo - Food Truck, The Lighthouse Project,Richlands Dairy & Creamery (ice cream) Boykins Vol. Fire & Rescue(funnel cakes), Ivor Community Athletics (concession stand - drinks, water and hotdogs from 4-6), Cofield’s Water And Gatorade Truck.

And speaking of ALL DAY FUN FOR EVERYONE!
Co****le registration starts at 2:30. Tournament at 3:00. In the ballfield parking lot, near the stage so you don’t miss out on all the Fantastic Live Music!

Opening Ceremonies at 2:00. Immediately after, you’ll find Christopher Pierce Music until 4:00 PM. From 4-6PM, we are so excited to welcome a new, up and coming local group 58 East and the day wouldn’t be the same if we didn’t close it down with everyone’s favorite Silver Street Band

KIDZONE: all activities for the kids are contained within the baseball field fence.
Tango Down Laser Wars will be back in left field from 2-8 PM unlimited run throughs!

Inflatapoolaza brought to you by 3A’s Inflatables: a MASSIVE 30 FT high TRIPLE Lane water slide, Obstacle Course, Double Lane Slip N Slide, Double Lane Bungee Run Race

6 and Under Area: this will be marked off and ONLY for the Littles so they can play safely and enjoy the day as much as the big kids (&kids at heart!)
Bounce house with slide, Water Table, yard games, custom made obstacle course, splash bomb water balls, and more!

Throughout the field and playground, we also have inflatable limbo, kids co****le, can jam, bottle bash and strike zone games.

Fireworks at 9PM by Imperial Pyro and Special Effects

“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”

We absolutely can’t wait to share what we’re ADDING to our event, but we want to start with what we’re BRINGING BACK!!!

Over 200 wristbands were given out to play laser tag last year, and we’ve heard nothing but good reviews from everyone who played! So please welcome back Tango Down Laser Wars !

Also our co****le tournament continues to have a huge following, so thanks to Mert Harrell we will be bringing that back again this year as well.

The main stage (Jay Andrews Sound) will be rocking from start to finish- (come back tomorrow to hear who we’re adding to the lineup!!) - we’ll be kicking things off with Christopher Pierce Music and shutting it down with EVERYONE’S favorite Silver Street Band. Y’all packed the house to hear them last year, we expect to see you all again this year and stick around for Imperial Pyro and Special Effects Fireworks Show!!

Also our amazing vendors will be set up again this year along Bell Avenue. We have a record number of vendors confirmed for this year!!

Also Tiffany's Food Truck & Boykins Vol. Fire & Rescue Funnel Cakes will be back this year as well. (Stay tuned for the foodie additions! You are definitely going to want to COME HUNGRY!)
