Hello All! It’s been almost a year since I last posted a photo of myself on here, so I thought what better time than now to reintroduce myself as we head into the final stretch of the 2024 wedding season!

I'm Chris Pelley, the owner and lead videographer of Chris Pelley Films. I’m 31, bald by choice, and I have a passion for love – which is why I’m in the wedding industry. I shot my first wedding back in February 2020 (yep, right before COVID hit) and have been incredibly blessed to work with the best couples and vendors, many of whom have become friends.

A few fun facts about me outside of weddings:

This summer, I got into grilling on a charcoal grill

I’ve been diving deep into disc golf, which has become a real passion for me

My go-to post-wedding meal (or anytime, really) is Chipotle

Over the past two years, I’ve connected with my birth mother and half-brother, which has been an amazing journey

I’ve also spent a lot of time snowboarding, so if you’re down for a trip to the slopes this winter, hit me up! 🏂

There’s so much more, but I’ll save some of that for later. Back to weddings, 2024 has been an amazing year so far! I have about 8 more weddings to film, and I’ve finally found my style and the perfect couples to work with. It feels great to be in this space!

I'm excited to see how the rest of this year goes, and what 2025 has in store. Thanks for hanging out, and next wedding is in Maine in 2 weeks! So expect a lot of BTS and content to come from that adventure :)

Georgette and Steven's wedding was one for the books! From the moment they booked me, it felt like an eternity waiting for their big day (and it probably was, lol). We were all so excited but also a bit sad for the day to finally arrive because then, what next?

One of the reasons I love filming in Pennsylvania is the stunning views. As soon as I stepped out of my car and headed to the chapel, I was blown away by the mountain scenery. It’s truly the key to my heart when it comes to wedding locations.

Their wedding day was perfect—filled with laughter, beautiful scenery, amazing weather, a fantastic bridal party, and the best vendors (shoutout to Andrea Krout Photography!). The stunning chapel provided a gorgeous backdrop for portraits, and the columns at the country club added an elegant touch.

As Steven said, “It’s like a movie, I want to go see the movie!” Enjoy this teaser of their unforgettable day!
