🌸 **Pike County Fair Pageant Contestants** 🌸

Hey y’all! This year is going to be *super busy*, so if you’d like to order a special presentation bouquet for the little queens and princesses in your life, please order early.

✅ We’ll be taking orders until **noon on Friday**.
✅ All bouquets **must be ordered, paid for in advance, and picked up on time**.
✅ Pick-up will be at **Farm & Ranch Feed** on Saturday (right across the street—quick and easy!).
✅ Bouquets must be picked up **before 1 PM on Saturday**.

I won’t be at the shop Saturday due to prior commitments, and I haven’t been able to get extra help, so there won’t be any last-minute orders this year. I’ll accommodate as best as I can, but please get your orders in and picked up on time. 💐

Melissa may only work part-time for us but she shows up when it counts! With a passion for the floral industry and a dedication to creating beautiful designs, Melissa brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm.

Originally from Hot Springs and with a journey in the floral industry that began in 2017 as a delivery driver, Melissa's love for flowers blossomed into a talent for floral design. Her transition to designing in 2020 marked a significant step in her career, and she has since embraced every opportunity to learn and grow in the artistry of floral arrangements. She is a full time head designer at Lake Hamilton Flowers and Gifts in Hot Springs and and brings her skills to us on her days off and when we need her to jump in and help with our busy florist. She loves working with us here in Glenwood. she is a talker and a giver, always willing to go the extra mile to help, especially cleaning up after Dodge…lol.

Melissa's genuine love for her work shines through in every creation, from basic bud vases to elaborate event venues, weddings, and holiday arrangements. Her dedication to customer service and her joy in working collaboratively with our team make her a valuable addition to our team.

As Melissa continues to expand her skills and knowledge in the floral industry, we are excited to see the innovative designs and creative ideas she will bring to our company. Her enthusiasm for serving the community and surrounding areas aligns perfectly with our vision for the future.

We are fortunate to have her on board, and we look forward to the beautiful creations and positive energy she will bring to our team and our customers. Here's to a bright future filled with floral beauty and artistic inspiration!

When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tony and their 8 grown children! She is always busy doing something or caring for her fur babies!

🌾🐎 From the saddle with friends to quiet waters with a fishing pole… He lived life full of adventure, laughter, and stories that could fill the campfire nights. 🌷 “I want a tulip bouquet!”
We hear this all the time — and we totally get it! But here’s the tulip truth:
💸 Prices have climbed recently
🌞 Tulips are phototropic (they bend toward the light!)
💃 They love to droop and curve dramatically — sometimes a little too much

Instead of fighting the bend, I decided to embrace it.
This bouquet uses a strong grouping of tulips that naturally draw your eye through the arrangement — turning their curve into a feature instead of a flaw. They’re placed in a way that if they shift or move, it looks purposeful and artful, not messy.
