The Island at Lake Banoe sits in the middle of picturesque Lake Banoe, surrounded by 20 beautifully landscaped acres and 100-year old trees, a perfect backdrop for breathtaking photos. Guests can mingle while enjoying the view of the water and Lake Banoe Fountain as it shoots water up to 100 feet in the air and creates a beautiful, peaceful ambience. The Island and lake shore offer three unique ev

ent venues:

1) The Island is the perfect place for an elopement style wedding, where up to 10 people can be ferried 200-feet for an enchanting, intimate ceremony. On the lake shore are two additional multi-purpose venues for larger weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners or engagement parties: The Play Pen and the Pavillion.

2) The Play Pen offers a rustic outdoor barn-style backdrop with a beautiful view of Lake Banoe in the background. The Play Pen accommodates up to 60 wedding guests and up to 120 for a full sit-down dinner or reception (with social distance).

3) The Pavilion is a 36x50-foot open air setting with clear cloud-top roofing panels currently under construction (January 2021 completion). The Pavilion has the feel of an outdoor event and is away from the afternoon sun. This space accommodates up to 100 wedding guests and up to 50 for a full sit-down dinner or reception (with social distance). (An additional 50guests can be socially distance seated indoors in the classic Wood Shop 200 feet away.) The basement of the family farmhouse, currently being renovated, is the perfect location for the bride and her party to dress while the groom and his party can use The Wood Shop. After the event, guests can enjoy sipping cocktails at the charming Boat Dock Bar floating on Lake Banoe. Hurry to schedule your visit and reserve your special date!

I’ve watched his podcast for years Go Tim !

I built Quest Nutrition from zero to a $1,000,000,000 exit. The secret wasn't grinding 24/7.

It was knowing which problems to solve first.

When we started, we faced overwhelming challenges:
• Creating a protein bar that tasted good but was actually healthy
• Breaking into a saturated market
• Building manufacturing from scratch
• Creating a brand people would love

We couldn't tackle everything at once. And working harder wasn't the answer.

So we used a decision framework I still deploy every day called ICE:

IMPACT: How much will solving this problem move the needle?

We knew creating an actually healthy bar that tasted amazing would completely disrupt the market.

CONFIDENCE: How certain are you of success?

We had deep nutrition knowledge and were willing to test hundreds of formulations until we got it right.

EASE: How quickly can you implement?

We prioritized formula development over scaling manufacturing because we needed product-market fit first.

This framework transformed how we made decisions. We stopped debating what "felt right" and started evaluating objective criteria.

Every business problem is just a pocket of informational chaos.
When you solve it, you convert uncertainty into order.
The economic value released flows to whoever did it first.

At Quest, we built our entire business model around finding market uncertainties others couldn't solve:
• Can healthy food taste good? (Everyone said no)
• Can you build a nutrition brand without traditional advertising? (We did)
• Can you scale manufacturing without compromising quality? (We proved it)

The ICE framework became our entropy pipeline, continuously converting market chaos into ordered solutions before competitors could.

Stop spreading yourself thin across every problem.
Start using ICE to identify high-impact, high-confidence moves.
Then execute relentlessly.

Compound curiosity converts into compound returns.

Want to find your own billion-dollar problem to solve?

My Zero to Launch GPT uses the same ICE framework to help you identify high-impact business ideas and validate them fast before you waste months building the wrong thing.
