What Do I do If My Business Is Plateauing?

🚨 The fastest way to grow your business? Get in the right room. 🚨

One of the best investments I've ever made was hiring a mentor. Why? Because mentors help you see the blind spots, avoid costly mistakes, and get to your goals faster.

In the last 6 months alone, I've accomplished more with the help of a business mindset coach than I did in the previous 3 years trying to figure it all out on my own. 💡

Every top performer has a coach. Athletes have coaches. CEOs have coaches. Successful entrepreneurs have mentors. Success leaves clues.

That's exactly why I'm so excited about Elevate Experience: Empowering Boss Ladies happening on November 7th at the Courtyard Marriott in Monterey Park. ✨

You'll have the opportunity to learn from experts, coaches, business leaders, and entrepreneurs who have already walked the path and can help you get to the next level.

Whether you're just starting your business, looking to scale, or feeling stuck and need fresh perspective, this event is for you.

💌 DM me the word BOSS and I'll add you to the VIP email list so you can receive event updates, speaker announcements, and ticket information.

Let's elevate together. 💕👠

How to Be the Best Groom Ever (Before She Even Walks Down the Aisle)

Because this day?

It’s not just about the flowers and the fits.

It’s about showing up for your person in all the little ways that make the biggest impact.

📝 Write her a letter she’ll want to tuck away forever.

🎁 Surprise her with something thoughtful, a favorite snack, a framed photo, or that thing she mentioned once and didn’t think you remembered.

🍽️ Make sure she eats (we’re not doing hangry brides over here).

📋 Help with last-minute to-do’s so her morning feels calm and joyful.

📱 Send a video or call, something sweet, steady, full of love.

💍 Double-check the rings, the timeline, all the behind-the-scenes magic.

📞 Stay connected to her crew, just in case she needs anything.

🧘🏽‍♂️ Be her peace. Your energy sets the vibe.

🌿 And most importantly, find a moment for just the two of you before the whirlwind begins.

These aren’t just tips, they’re little acts of love that she'll remember forever.

You’ve got this.

✨ Save this + share it with a groom-to-be who’s ready to go above and beyond.

13 Things Guests Keep Doing At Weddings

1. Not RSVPing On Time

You had one job. Your late RSVP makes it harder to finalize the seating chart, food, and vibe.

2. Writing in Random Dietary Notes

This isn’t Postmates. Allergies? Cool, let us know early. But “only eats wild-caught salmon”? That’s not a vibe.

3. Ignoring the Dress Code

When it says "garden chic" or "all white," it’s not a suggestion, it’s the aesthetic. Dress accordingly.

4. Blowing Up the Couple with Last-Minute Texts

“What time’s the ceremony again?” If it’s in the invite, don’t ask. The couple is busy living their main character moment.

5. Rolling in Late to the Ceremony

Weddings aren’t like brunch, fashionably late is still late. Be early and be chill.

6. Playing Photographer with Their Phone

Unless you’re the hired pro, please keep the iPhone out of the aisle. Don’t photobomb the couple’s forever pics.

7. Popping Up at the Reception Too Early

If you show up before cocktail hour, you’re interrupting the setup. Go get a coffee and come back cute.

8. Swapping Seats at Dinner

The seats were assigned for a reason. You moving around throws off service and the flow. Just sit, sip, and enjoy.

9. Grabbing the Mic Without Warning

Wanna make a speech? Let the couple know ahead of time. No surprise open mic night, please.

10. Giving Your Two Cents

Whether it’s about the food, playlist, or bridesmaid dresses, keep it to yourself unless someone asks.

11. Bringing the Drama

This is not the place for unresolved beef or emotional meltdowns. Be cool or stay home.

12. Overdoing It at the Bar

One too many drinks and suddenly you’re that guest. Don’t be the story we talk about for the wrong reason.

13. Showing Up with Giant Gifts

The couple doesn’t want to lug a blender around all night. Ship it. Always.

A little peek at how your wedding day could flow 💫

Save this for inspo and breathe easy knowing every moment is planned to perfection.

If you’re ready for a wedding that feels effortless and unforgettable, let’s make it happen ✨💍

Your dream day starts here ❤️

You want your wedding to feel unforgettable, not just for you, but for the people you love most. 🥂✨

But let’s be real… not everything you’re told to include is actually for them.

Here are 7 things guests don’t really need at your wedding, and what they’ll actually remember instead (from a planner who’s seen it all 👀):

1. Fancy favors wrapped in 5 layers of tissue

✨ Most get left behind or end up in the trash.

Do this instead: Offer a signature drink during cocktail hour or pass out sliders + fries late-night. People love a tasty surprise.

2. Printed timelines on every chair

✨ It stresses people out more than it helps.

Do this instead: Let your planner or MC guide the flow. Keep the vibe easy and fun.

3. Seating charts for cocktail hour

✨ Nobody sits during cocktail hour, they mingle!

Do this instead: Create cozy lounge pockets or mix high-tops and bar seating. Keep it social.

4. Complex RSVP meal choices

✨ Your guests won’t remember if it was salmon or steak.

Do this instead: Choose a simple menu that reflects you and your culture, fusion menus? YES please.

5. Every wedding trend ever… crammed in

✨ Neon signs, champagne towers, fireworks, it’s a lot.

Do this instead: Choose 1–2 statement elements and let them shine. Quality over quantity always.

6. Over-rehearsed dances or overly scripted intros

✨ If it doesn’t feel like you, your guests feel that too.

Do this instead: Make space for real moments. Authenticity beats performance every time.

7. Jam-packed timelines with no breathing room

✨ Nobody wants to feel like they’re on a tour bus.

Do this instead: Build in chill time. Space to breathe = space to connect.

💡 The secret? Strip away what doesn’t serve you, and center what matters. People remember the emotion, not the checklist.

Tips for all my unseen introverted brides 🫶🏼

The “average” wedding weekend can be very chaotic and extrovert-centric, but not as incredible of an experience for my introverted friends.

Take this as your sign to plan the wedding that YOU love, and customize it to your preferences. Ignore the traditions you hate. 👎🏼

Make it a very wedding peaceful day if that’s what you love!!
