We have some new faces on our flower team this summer and a few familiar faces returning to help us throughout the season! We greatly appreciate their support and dedication to our flowers!

First, I would like to introduce Joellen!
Joellen is a student at Iowa State studying horticulture, focusing on greenhouse production and landscape design. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her German Shepherd Jux, going to the gym with friends, and caring for many houseplants. Her favorite flowers are Lupines!

Meet Maria! She is returning for her second season at our farm. Maria loves working in the dirt, enjoying sunny days, and being surrounded by flowers. She is also a new grandmother to her beautiful grandson, Levi, and feels truly blessed! Her favorite flowers are lisianthus.

Meet Kamrie! She is back for her second season with us. This fall, she will be a junior at Sibley East. Kamrie enjoys showing cattle with her family and friends; her favorite flowers are sunflowers!

Meet Megan! Megan is returning for her third season with Milkhouse Flowers. She enjoys peaceful mornings cutting flowers, camping, and staying active with her four children. Her family has all helped in our flower fields, including Nora, a flower enthusiast! Megan's favorite flower is Lisianthus!

Meet Janet! Janet grew up on a dairy farm, became a teacher, mom of four, and homeschooler. She enjoys running, baking, painting, gardening, and being with her husband of 32 years! Her favorite flowers are fragrant ones, especially lilac and roses, which she's transplanted from her home farm in PA.

Meet Paisley! She will be a junior at Sibley East this fall. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, hunter/jumper equestrian sports, and 4-H. Her favorite flower is the Stargazer Lily!

Meet Charlie! This is Charlie’s second season helping at Milkhouse Flowers. He will be a sophomore this fall and stays busy with FFA, 4-H, basketball, and football.

Our Half Pint subscriptions are now available for the 2025 flower season!

These subscriptions feature petite vase arrangements, ideal for residents in long-term health care facilities, nursing homes, or seniors living at home. Overflowing with bright and cheerful blooms, they are perfectly sized for living areas with limited space.
