Big step for our journey today. 🙌
These photos are from a sample run at the Hiperbaric plant in Miami, where our bottles are going through High Pressure Processing (HPP) — a huge milestone as we scale our all-natural products.
As we grow, my biggest priority has always been protecting what makes this product special: real ingredients, real flavor, and absolutely no additives or preservatives.
HPP is an incredible process that uses cold water pressure (not heat, chemicals, or preservatives) to eliminate harmful bacteria and extend shelf life. The result?
Our drinks stay fresh, safe, and delicious while remaining 100% all natural.
In these photos you’re seeing the bottles inside the HPP chamber during testing — thousands of pounds of pressure are applied evenly around the product, which allows us to keep the flavor, nutrients, and quality exactly the way they should be.
Scaling a food business is never simple. There are always shortcuts you could take… but I’ve always believed that how you grow matters just as much as how big you grow.
This step allows us to:

Honestly, it’s a surreal moment seeing our bottles in this machine and realizing we’re entering a new phase of the business. I’m incredibly excited about what’s ahead.
