Hello all! I know it has been a while since I have been active on social media. With my last work load I booked in December of last year I took on far more than I ever did at one time. I was so appreciative of all the interest and appreciation from all of my clients for the work I do that they choice me to capture memories for them and their families to have for years to come. Unknowingly by the end I had completely burned myself out and just needed to put my camera down from a business perspective and just enjoy time with my family. I went back to my roots and only put my camera out to shoot family for most of last year. Everybody has a journey in life we don’t know exactly where it’s going to take us or which path we will choose when we hit the fork in the road. With having taken this time off it’s given me a chance to learn and explore different styles of photography. One of which I have fallen in love with is youth sports portraits. They are so fun to create and seeing the smiles of the children’s faces when I show them themselves on the back of my camera brings me so much joy. Parents pumped to show off these images because of how proud they are of their child. After much consideration, I have decided to change my business over to shooting youth sports portraits and step away from family photography. Thank you to anyone and everyone who has stepped in front of my camera, been there to help parents keep track of littles during our sessions, and anyone who has just showed any kind of support no matter how big or small over the years in my journey. It really was an honor and privilege for me to capture your family in the truest moments that you are. Thank you.
