Sometimes we get so caught up in taking care of everyone and everything else that we forget to take a moment for ourselves. Join us at Thelma’s Kitchen & Catering for a beautiful morning of Yoga & Meditation with Tenesha as we begin our three-month ROOTED: A Wintering Practice for the Body, Mind & Spirit series.

Each month, we’ll focus on a different part of our journey toward peace, healing, and personal growth.

🌱 October: Tend the Root

🌸 November: Rest the Root

🍃 December: Protect the Root

Our first session will be held:

Saturday, October 17, 2026
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Thelma’s Kitchen & Catering
Marley Station Mall, Glen Burnie, MD

Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is a space for you to slow down, breathe, release, and simply be present.

We only have a couple of tickets left, and we would love for you to join us! Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is make time to simply be still.

Tickets are available on Eventbrite. Link in bio!

We look forward to sharing this peaceful and meaningful experience with you. ❤️

Everyone, help us give a BIG welcome to our newest team member, Twin! 🎉👩🏽‍🍳

Twin is one of our new cooks, which means Thelma’s Kitchen now has two amazing cooks three if you count me! 😂🙌🏽 She’s a culinary school graduate and has officially been part of the Thelma’s family for a little over a month now.

We’re so excited to have her talent, energy, and love for cooking in our kitchen! ❤️So, the next time you stop by Thelma’s Kitchen & Catering and see Twin working her magic, make sure you wave, say hello, and give her a warm Thelma’s welcome! 👋🏽❤️

Welcome to the family, Twin! 🥰👩🏽‍🍳🍴
