Oui Oui Foods by Chef Bouba Boubacar Maiga, the founder and owner of Oui Oui Foods, LLC began his culinary career in 2004. In 2007, Chef Bouba was asked to move to the U.S.

After graduating from a well-regarded training school for chefs in Rome, Italy, Bouba worked at very prestigious restaurants in France. and work for Bistro Francais in D.C. After working around 10 years as a chef, he met and married Yvasne. Wanting to spend more time with his family, he decided to walk away from restaurants and try different careers in 2014. Chef Bouba and Yvasne now have two hand

some boys–Sory and Shane–and have been married for 13 years. Now after more than 10 years away, Chef Bouba has returned to his passion and wants to share it with more flexibility by opening his own catering business.
