Forgot to post our Super Bowl cooking!! We ran 15 pork butts, 25 slabs of ribs and 9 pans of smoked queso through the GC-42 for the game! Pork butts had King Louie's Meat Apostles Randolph county mixed with Huney chipotle and the ribs were hammered with Randolph county, smoked candy apple and Huney chipotle. Sausage for the dip was hit with Hot apple pie!! Best rubs on the market and an absolute flavor explosion when layered together!!

Baby backs baby!!! Layered the flavors this time around and went with King Louie's Meat Apostles kings blend, Huney Chipotle and Smoked Candy Apple for the dry rubs. Wrapped we threw brown sugar, raspberry chipotle, butter, maple syrup and MORE candy apple!! 😋!!

This weekend whooped our butts as we cooked 200 POUNDS of brisket for our customers holidays!!! King Louie's Meat Apostles as always, was the seasonings of choice! Kings Blend, Randolph County and Ewe Butter gave these briskets the correct amount of top flavor while the GC-42 gave em the smoke! Love cooking this amount and absolutely LOVED cooking for everyone this last year!! Thousands of pounds of meat went through the smoker once again this year! Appreciate all the support and thank you all!! Hope everyone has a very VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

LOVE cooking for catering!! A couple events this week that both wanted brisket and pulled pork!! Well over a hundred pounds went through the GC42! King Louie's Meat Apostles Randolph County, Huney Chipotle on the pork and Randolph County/Ewe Butter on the beef!!
