A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Oregon City Pride Mixer Taste: Wine & Food Fundraiser

What a wonderful evening filled with great conversations, new friendships, familiar faces, amazing live music, and a whole lot of community spirit. Events like this remind us that Pride isn’t just one day—it’s about building connections, supporting one another, and creating spaces where everyone belongs.

A very special thank you to the incredible team at Taste - Wine Cafe for partnering with Oregon City Pride and donating a portion of the evening’s proceeds to support our mission. We are so grateful for businesses like TASTE that believe in investing in their community and helping create a more welcoming and inclusive place for all.

Thank you to Archtop Music for providing the perfect soundtrack to a beautiful evening, and thank you to every person who attended, brought friends, shared a laugh, purchased a raffle ticket, or simply showed up to support Pride. Because of you, these events continue to grow and strengthen our community.

🌈🚜🐴 What an absolutely incredible Pride weekend! 🐴🚜🌈

On Saturday, Oregon City Pride hosted our very first Family Farm Day at the amazing ChamBurn Farm, a proudly queer-owned and operated farm right here in Oregon City.

A huge thank you to Farmer Paul and Farmer Jim for opening their gates, sharing their knowledge, and welcoming our community with such warmth and kindness. We are truly grateful for everything they do.

Throughout the day we met so many wonderful new community members, shared the mission of Oregon City Pride, and learned more about the incredible work happening at the farm. We explored the gardens, toured the property, and spent time with some of the farm’s most popular residents—including dogs, donkeys, alpacas, sheep, chickens, pigs, rabbits, and the tiniest baby turkeys you’ve ever seen.

And yes… those adorable little fluff balls could very well grow up to become the turkey on your holiday table this year! 😜🦃

What started as a simple community gathering turned into something truly special. Watching families connect, children experience farm life, and neighbors come together reminded us exactly why community matters.

We hope this becomes an annual tradition and that each year we can make it even bigger, better, and more magical.

Then on Sunday, Rune and I spent the day at the beautiful Canby Pride celebration. The weather was perfect, the community was incredible, and the love and joy were everywhere. Seeing Pride celebrated in small towns throughout our region fills my heart with so much hope for the future.

This is what Pride is all about—community, connection, acceptance, and creating spaces where everyone belongs. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Join Oregon City Pride & ChamBurn Farm for a fun filled Family Farm Day!

Saturday, June 13, 2026 from Noon to 3:00pm
Admission: FREE

Visit the Donkeys, Alpacas, Sheep, Chickens, Pigs, Rabbits, Dogs, and of course Farmer Jim and Farmer Paul! Take home some of our amazing pasture raised meats and eggs to enjoy. Tour our garden, Farm to Table Pavilion, and Barn. There will be drinks and light snacks available until we run out!
