Okayyyy… our little Walk & Run Club showed up at the Dime Box Mini Marathon! 😂🏃🏽‍♀️🔥

And THIS is what I love about our group — everybody’s finish line looks different. ❤️

Edi took on the 5k run, Monica walked the 2 miles, and Kimberly, Daniel and Edith challenged themselves with the 10K.

And we had a little extra celebrating to do! 🎉

🥇 Kimberly — 1st in her division
🥈 Daniel — 2nd in his division
🥈 Edith — 2nd in her division

But whether we walked, ran, placed, or simply crossed that finish line… WE SHOWED UP. And that’s what this group is about. ❤️

I’m so damn proud of every one of us.

And this is only the beginning. 💪🏽

So if you’ve been thinking, “I’m not a runner”… GOOD. 😂 Neither were some of us!

Come walk. Come run. Come join the madness.

Your finish line gets to look like YOUR finish line. ❤️

Maybe we’re not chasing a medal… maybe we’re chasing ourselves again. 🥹🏃🏽‍♀️❤️

Before the world gets loud and everyone needs something from you… choose YOU. ❤️

Even if it’s only 30 minutes.

Walk. Breathe. Get some fresh air. Connect with other women. Give yourself a little time before you start giving it to everyone else.

Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just putting on your shoes and stepping outside. 🌅🚶‍♀️

Come walk with us. You deserve to be on your own priority list, too. ❤️
