From the initial spark of inspiration (yes, it started with one tiny flower arrangement I couldn’t stop thinking about!) to months of planning, brainstorming, and fine-tuning every detail—this vision came to life more beautifully than I ever imagined.

THE BEST PART? Every single person involved is a woman-owned business. Her own boss. Her own brilliance. Her own creativity. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again—Northwest Ohio is home to some of the most gifted creatives in the wedding industry, and I’m so lucky to work alongside them.

This week was chaotic, but so much fun! We hosted FIVE events, snuck in a few of our own (thank you for the vendor night and for the sweetest bridal shower!), and kicked off this Sunday with an early morning baby shower for Baby Apple!

In between the fun, I’ve been chipping away at a few behind-the-scenes projects I’m hoping to finish before we refresh our listing with Bethany this week. We also welcomed a few newly engaged couples for tours of the estate — my favorite kind of meeting!

There are a few things that truly make my heart happy…

One is watching our couples and clients experience some of life’s biggest moments. But what makes it even more special is being part of the journey with them. It’s an incredible honor to play a role in someone’s big day, but it’s even more rewarding to see their story continue—whether it’s earning a degree (we just had a client finish their doctorate!), growing a family, starting a new job, making a big move… the list goes on.

It also means the world when we’re asked to be part of more than one milestone. Whether it’s a wedding followed by a baby shower or a shower that leads to a birthday celebration, we love celebrating every chapter with you. If you’ve hosted an event with us at Holland Gardens or Wildflower Estate, know that you’ve got a fan and a friend for life!

The second is the incredible community of wedding vendors we have in our network. Over the weekend, there was a bridal show, and today I ran into a bride who attended. I asked how it went and if she learned anything. Her immediate response was that planning feels a little overwhelming—but also that all the vendors love us! That completely warmed my heart.

I will take it to the grave that I have made some of the very best "friendors" in the industry. But more importantly, I encourage everyone to find their tribe—whether it’s friends, colleagues, or anyone in life who hypes you up even when you’re not in the room. I am so, so grateful for every relationship I’ve built since stepping into this industry a little over three years ago.

So basically, what I’m saying is… thank you. To our incredible couples and clients, and to our bestie vendors—your love and support mean everything, today and every day!
