Dropped our son off at O'Hare at 5 am this morning and zipped over to Whiting, IN to pick up a new trailer and the final five of 80 units added to our inventory this year.

In case you're wondering what we do in the "off" season:

Steve & I checked out some new equipment at the WWETT Expo in Indianapolis yesterday, and today Steve is getting in his yearly 3 hours of education via Zoom. He is now well versed in the history of the removal of human waste--from ancient Greece to the medieval castle to the modern toilet (an English plumber named Thomas Crapper is credited with the invention of the plumbing for the modern toilet!)

And now we know our 💩!

2 Auctions, 6 private parties, 2 different schools set for the football season, 1 baby shower, 1 wedding, and a gigantic campout. We are all over the place this weekend!

Big weekend! You'll see us at the Saybrook Stars and Stripes Festival tomorrow and at the Ford County Fair tonight and tomorrow. I set the most I have ever set at one venue for tonight's show at the Ford County Fair--28 units! Some interesting items I have found while servicing on mornings after the big show: wallets, purses, cell phones, ID's, and...a pair of Spanx. Wonder what will turn up tomorrow...
