There is A LOT of information in this post!

First… this week’s Wed/Fri lunches (June 25th & 27th) will be the last ones until FRIDAY, JULY 25TH. July is packed with family vacations, our very own Austin Applegate getting married, and some very large catering events. We thought this would be a perfect opportunity to take a couple of weeks off from lunches.

Second…We are very happy to be able to incorporate Tea & Grounds into this week’s lunch menu, as they will be providing our desserts! I can’t wait to see what they have in store for us.

Third…As a thank you to Tea & Grounds, every meal purchased this week will receive a $1 off coupon for anything at Tea and Grounds. Perfect week to get a discount on a nice cold drink!

Forth…DCC is once again a proud sponsor of the Ford County Fair. Therefore, we have some VIP tickets for the Gretchen Wilson and Dalton Davis concert this Friday, June 27th to give away. These tickets are right up by the stage and include FREE DRINKS the entire night! You will also have free drinks during the post-show party featuring the local band, Ridgeland.

Tickets come in a four-pack, and there will be two sets given away. Here is how you can win:
• Option 1: For every meal you purchase this Wed. June 25th, you can enter to win. The winner will be drawn after lunch on Wednesday.

Fifth…and now to the menu!!!! For those of you that missed out on the Chicken Philly and/or the Smoked Hotdogs a couple weeks ago or just want to do it again…..here is your chance! Wednesday is a Smoked Chicken Philly Sandwich. We will make our traditional smoked chopped chicken and then take it to the flattop grill and combine it with the perfect Philly seasoning, roasted/smoked peppers, grilled hoagie, provolone cheese, and a side of garlic aioli! Served with sweet potato fries and dessert from T&G.

We have another new one for you, and I really doubt you are going to want to miss this. 1/4 lb Smoked, All-Beef Hotdog! Here’s how it works……..we take a 1/4 lb, lightly smoke it (see picture), and then we finish it off on the flat top right before serving. Serving it on a toasted bakery fresh bun and served with all the fixings you desire (on side). You won’t be disappointed! Serving this meal with a side of pit bean, macaroni salad, bag of chips, and dessert. And don’t forget about Pulled Pork/Brisket Friday. Cheesy Potatoes, Fruit Salad, Dessert.

Hey, hey, hey! The flat top grill went over great last week with the Tacos, so Austin Applegate is doing it again this week! Wednesday, 6.11.25 is going to be a Smoked Chicken Philly Sandwich. We will make our traditional smoked chopped chicken and then take it to the flattop grill and combine it with the perfect Philly seasoning, roasted peppers, grilled hoagie, and provolone cheese! Watch out now!

Guest dessert from Rising Baking Company this Friday! If you haven't had the chance to visit their new location in downtown GC, do so! You will not be disappointed.

First off….Austin, myself (Adam), and the rest of the team can’t thank you all enough for supporting our Wed/Fri. lunches. We try real hard to bring you high-quality $15 meals every week. Your loyalty and patronage does not go unnoticed.

You’re not going to want to miss the two meals we have lined up for you this week! If you are a fan of tacos, you are for sure going to want to try Wednesday’s meal. Does it get any better than Smoke Beef Birria Tacos? Beef is lightly smoked and then slow-cooked overnight until tender. Seasoned with a rich blend of spices and herbs. Placed on a bed of cheese and cilantro. Your choice of corn or flour tortillas dipped in the juice and fried right before serving. We are pairing Wednesday’s meal with Mexican Street Corn, Tortilla Chips, and Dishpan Cookies. Austin Applegate is MAKING PLENTY AND WE PROMISE NOT TO RUN OUT!
