Wrap Wednesday! Asian Chicken Wrap w/ Peanut Sauce

This delectable wrap combines Austin's house-made peanut sauce's bold, nutty flavors with the smoky, tender chicken and the refreshing crunch of coleslaw. We’re not done….paired with some of Cheryl Elder homemade potato salad, a bag of chips, and dessert. All for $15. Tax included.

Friday is the fan-favorite choice of beef brisket or pulled pork. Both are slow-smoked over a blend of hickory and apple wood for about 16 hours before they shred apart on your bakery-fresh bun. They are served with housemade BBQ sauce, Corn Casserole, Bag of Chips, and Dessert.

Come try some of Austin Applegate Creamy Chicken Casserole this Wednesday 4.30.25. Paired with a side of white rice, fruit salad, and garlic bread! Cheesy, bacon, deliciousness! Austin Applegate is whipping up one of his favorites Wed. with Marry Me Chicken Sandwich which is comprised of our Smoked Chopped Chicken mixed with sundried tomatoes, a creamy/cheesy sauce, basil, arugula, and parmesan. This is served on a French Baguette. We are paring this with Bacon/Alfredo Hashbrown Bake, Side Salad, and a Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie from Cheryl Elder.

Friday is your choice of Pulled Pork or Beef Brisket Sandwich, Pit Beans, Bag of Chips, and a Chocolate Brownie.
Wednesday 4.16.25: Marry Me Chicken Sandwich on French Baguette, Bacon/Alfredo Hashbrown Bake, Side Salad, Chocolate Chip Cookie

Wed. 4.2.25 Meal: Southwest Crunchy Chicken Wrap, SW Pasta Salad, Chips, Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie. $15/ no tax, no tip

Fri. 4.4.25 Meal: Fish Tacos, Brisket Tacos, PP Tacos. Lime Cilantro Coleslaw, Chips, Dish Pan Cookies. 2 tacos. Mix them up if you want. $15 no tax no tip.

Lenten Friendly Meal Friday 3.28.25

$15 not tax, no tip Railside 11am-1pm

Switching it up Friday and we will have your choice of Pulled Pork, Brisket, or Fish Tacos. Meals come with side of Cilantro Lime Coleslaw, Tortilla Chips, Black Bean Salsa, and Cheryl Elder’s Banana Bread Brownie.

Each meal comes with 2 tacos and fixings will be packaged separately so you can add at your discretion. Switch them up and order how you want. Hot tip: ask for an extra taco and try one of each 🙂 $5

We will still have sandwiches available if you would rather. I suppose we could even make a fish sandwich for ya 🤷🏻‍♂️. I’ll let Austin figure that out haha.

This is my view from the smoker this morning.
3.26.25 from 11am-1pm join us at Railside and try some of Old Timers Ag’s pork. Pasture raised right here in Ford Co.

They will have packaged pork chops, bacon, sausage, and ham for sale as well. You will be hard pressed to find better tasting pork.

Cash, check, Venmo for meals or for meat. You don’t have to get one to get the other. Come support your choice of a local business.

DCC is teaming up with Aizza & Rick Kerchenfaut (Old Timers Ag.) to bring you one heck of a meal this Wed. March 26th. Aizza & Rick raise Idaho Pasture Pigs on a 3rd generation-family farm right here in Ford Co. These Pigs graze in organic pastures, supplemented with organic grains and organic spent grains from Silver Tree Spirits (also right here in Ford Co.).

You will be hard-pressed to find better-tasting pork!

Thinly Sliced Pork Loin Sandwich, Bacon/Alfredo Hashbrown Bake, Bag of Chips, homemade dessert.
