☔️ FIVE SUNDAYS OF RAIN?! 🤦‍♀️Seriously, Mother Nature?! 😂🌧️

I think Mother Nature has officially decided she doesn’t like Sunday events this year!

This rainy season has been incredibly frustrating for BOTH event planners and event entertainers. So much time, preparation, and scheduling goes into these events, only for the weather to change everything!

🤗But today, I’m especially thankful! 🌻🌟

Our wonderful event organizers had a PLAN B! Instead of canceling, they moved their event indoors to a school gymnasium! 🎉🎨

THIS is why I always encourage my outdoor-event clients to have an indoor backup plan!

The amount of rain we’ve experienced in 2026 has certainly taught me a few business lessons and has inspired me to reevaluate my outdoor-event booking policies going forward.🤔

As a small business owner, I understand both sides. Event planners work incredibly hard organizing these celebrations, while entertainers reserve dates, prepare equipment, schedule artists, and often turn away other bookings.

A little advance planning can make a BIG difference for everyone! 💕

So today, I’m 💗grateful for a gymnasium, a backup plan, and the opportunity to keep spreading 😄smiles regardless of the weather! 🌈🎨🖌️

Here’s hoping Mother Nature gives us a few sunny Sundays before the year is over! 🤞☀️

Wild Flower Artist Event Entertainment is all set up and ready to go today! We tried rope instead of caution tape because I’m not a fan of how the tape looks, but I’m not sure if the rope will be enough. I guess we’ll find out soon! Check the comments for event details. ✨ Sometimes a change of plans works out exactly the way it’s supposed to! 💕

Earlier this week my Saturday was completely JAM-PACKED and I couldn’t have squeezed in another event if I tried! Then the weather changed some of my plans…and suddenly an opening appeared. ☔️➡️🎉

That unexpected opening led me to Hailey’s 4th Birthday Party, and I’m SO thankful it did! 🥳

We had such a fun KPop Demon Hunters-themed celebration with some seriously cool UV Hair Art ✨ + Face Painting 🎨!

This is one of those last-minute bookings that reminds me that sometimes when one door closes, another colorful one opens. 🌈

☀️ SO thankful to see that sunshine today! 🌻

It’s a VERY busy Saturday for Wild Flower Artist Event Entertainment! 🎨 We have 6 team artists out today spreading smiles at company picnics, block parties, and special events!

And a special shout-out to my balloon artist, who had quite the unexpected morning but still came through for us today. 💛 I truly appreciate the dedication and commitment of my team—especially on days like this!

I’m also incredibly grateful for all of our wonderful clients who continue to trust WFA with their events.
