The Lodges at Gettysburg is an elegant 63 acre private retreat nestled on one of the highest and most beautiful ridge lines in Gettysburg. The Lodges overlook the hallowed ground where Union and Confederate soldiers fought and died in the most historic defining battle of America’s Civil War. The Lodges at Gettysburg feature spacious private accommodations, and “Gloryridge”, our main lodge, with over 6,500 square feet of meeting & banquet space as well as outdoor event space. The private lodges have been named after the states that were home to the troops fighting in the Battle of Gettysburg. They are complete with full kitchenettes, private bathrooms, fireplaces, heating & air conditioning, hard wood floors, vaulted wood beam ceilings, private porches and flat screen televisions. The main lodge is a beautifully designed stone & wood lodge that has breath taking views over-looking the historic Gettysburg battlefields and Hunter Lake. The lake, complete with dock, is fully stocked with bass and a variety of other popular game fish. The Lodges is a natural home to deer, red tail fox, wild turkey, beaver, Canadian geese, ducks, red tail hawk and the American bald eagle. The Lodges at Gettysburg is located five minutes from the historic Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and the Eisenhower National Park site. We are in close proximity to the Gettysburg reenactment site. Our Lodge has beautiful picturesque battlefield views along with walking and bicycle trails throughout the property’s 37 acres of mature woods. Choose our accommodations for your next meeting, conference, retreat, wedding celebration, and family reunion. Come for the solitude, beauty, top quality, and comfort, and you will stay for Gettysburg’s legendary memories and powerful connection to history.

It’s hard to believe that a place so peaceful once witnessed one of the most defining moments in
American history. Today, wildflowers bloom where soldiers once stood, and the evening sky paints the battlefield in colors of hope.

Gettysburg is more than a destination—it’s a place where history still whispers through the fields. Every generation inherits both the scars of the past and the responsibility to learn from them. Because some landscapes are beautiful because of their views… but others are beautiful because of the stories they carry.

Thank you Jack | Landscape photographer | Adventures | for capturing the beauty.
