Nestled on 120 acres in beautiful Georgetown, Massachusetts is a multi-story 38,000 square foot Victorian-style building that overlooks the rolling greens of a Philip Wogan 18-hole championship golf course. You will be welcomed with warm hospitality, experience the finest quality food and service with unsurpassed excellence. ANDOVER BALLROOM:
At 5,760 square feet, The Andover Room accommodates up

to 350 guests. It is also adorned with cathedral ceilings with pewter chandeliers, cool tones and walls of windows which allow for an abundance of natural light. Our sprawling hardwood dance floor invites your family and friends to show off their very best dance moves. The beautiful French doors open up to a large outdoor balcony overlooking our championship golf course and remarkable waterfall feature. It is the perfect backdrop for photo opportunities and quiet conversations. ESSEX BALLROOM:
At 4,046 square feet, The Essex Room accommodates up to 240 family and friends. As you enter our magnificent building, your guests will be awed by the grand winding staircase with elegant chandeliers. The Essex Room is adorned with cathedral ceilings, chandeliers, elegant window treatments and cool neutral tones. The huge dance floor gives your guests ample space to dance the night away or they may step outside on the private balcony for intimate conversations and stunning views.
