So when Kirstin told me she wanted Dusty to walk down the aisle LAST — after the flower girl, up to her, who had already made her entrance before the wedding party — I was like, YES. Absolutely yes.

It set the tone immediately: unexpected, a little whimsical, totally full of surprises. And just like Kirstin said — Dusty was the star of the show. He deserved his moment to shine. ✨

We love these details from Carolina and Kolbe’s wedding. Talavera pottery has that bold, hand-painted energy—that turned the table numbers and cake into actual art pieces.

I'm a sucker for unique unity ceremonies, and one that holds a special place in my heart is a whiskey blending ceremony - I'm so glad I got to do it at my own wedding too!

In this fun tradition, a couple blends two bottles of whiskey into a barrel to symbolize the merging of two lives and the creation of a new one. The best part? You get to enjoy it on your anniversary!

Pro tip: Don't forget a funnel to help with pouring and make sure that barrel is tightly closed!
