One of my crew is missing her furbaby in the Maryville area ( around Rosemary street, South Island, South Bay Street areas)… Toby escaped his fenced in yard a couple days ago and his Mom is searching desperately for him! Just a quick notice: Carolina Charm will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 29th so that all staff and family can attend Diane’s Celebration of Life and memorial service. We will re-open at 8:30 AM on Wednesday.
We apologize for any inconvenience as we pause daily operations to honor her dedication and long service at Carolina Charm. On behalf of our entire team we thank you for your support and all the kind, heartfelt messages.

Greetings,folks-it’s been a rough week for our team at Carolina charm… I am delayed in posting, as we respectfully were waiting for all family to be notified, and also because, quite frankly, we are still trying to accept this . We are deeply saddened by the loss of a beloved team member, Diane Turnley. Diane was a long-standing crewmember here for 15 years, as well as her career as an Art teacher for the Georgetown County school district( mostly with Maryville school), and also as a summer Art teacher at Brookgreen Garden.
She was a dedicated teammate and designer and her absence will truly be missed. I ask that you please extend grace and patience to my crew as we move forward ( as Diane would expect) and begin adjusting. She was a long-standing friend and part of our family/ team and she will be missed dearly by the Carolina Charm team…..she will remain in our hearts and always be a “Charmer.”
