2025 Trick or treating in Georgetown was just as successful as it was fun!
We have so many to thank for helping make this event possible!
Thank you to
Georgetown Divide Recreation District for helping organize the event, including providing candy and money drop off containers as well as getting the road closure, star volunteers and portable toilets!
We are so thankful to everyone who donated candy or $ for candy as well which includes
U-Haul
Rotary
St. James Catholic church and
our
AMAZING COMMUNITY MEMBERS!
Thanks to Mar-Val, Holiday and Georgetown library for hosting candy donation bins.
Thanks to the volunteers who participated by setting up a table to hand out candy or those who handed out candy from their homes.
Thanks to Garden Valley Feed for their generosity by letting us borrow hay bales to provide resting places around town.
Thanks to Royal Septic for providing the portable toilets.
Thanks to Murchies Smog and Repair for flawlessly organizing main street trick or treating and offering to send any extra candy they might have if church street ran out.
Thanks to Georgetown Fire Department for allowing us to borrow cones to use for the road closure and also to the Star Volunteers who helped keep everyone safe!
Lastly, THANK YOU to everyone who brought their families out to be part of an amazing family friendly community event. It sure feels like we're all one big family every year.
We can't wait to see you all again next year!
