We get to go to the best parties! Saturday night's dinner was for group of crazy friends that have known each other since 4th grade! They live across the country and stay in touch by planning weekends together. We had such a good time it didn't seem like work!
Friends, wine, and yummy desserts, what can be better....there was dinner too, haha, triple cherry almond crumb topped pie and Death by chocolate mousse pie.

Temperature has gone from upper 90s and 100+ for 3 months to a refreshing (haha) 45 degrees! What better thing to do than bake bread for breakfast! Yummy cinnamon raisin soda bread with cinnamon butter!

A place you MUST visit. 18 Carrot Bakery at 710 Austin Ave. Georgetown TX. Sheri, the owner and baker, was able to bring alive a memory of a favorite treat that my mom used to make. Delicious!
The cinnamon rolls are only available on Sundays. Many other delicious treats during the week.

Tasty Temptations Tips & Tools. It's ICE CREAM season! While you might go through your ice cream rather quickly, if some remains, to keep it fresh cover the top layer with parchment paper or wax paper then replace the lid. This will help prevent ice crystals from forming.
