Happy Monday , my name is Quenby Schuyler and I am the owner and executive chef of Qs Kitchen Private Chef and Catering.
Qs Kitchen offers elegant and customized menus for private events for holidays, wedding and baby showers, anniversaries, courses private dinners with full service, rehearsals, spreads and grazing tables for weddings and rehearsals, etc. I also offer private weekly meal prep for busy families looking for nourishing meals to come home to.

I take a farm to table approach with my offerings, keeping quality sourced ingredients clean and fresh and beautifully presented. I will custom craft menus based off your style and preferences.

I am certified and insured. We can provide service staff for your event as well as bartender recommendations, tablescape planning, and pastry. In essence, we bring the restaurant to you.

I am currently booking events for the months of February and onward. Also I am opening up the waitlist for private family meal prep. Hitting the final stretch of a very busy month. This week we have a party of 50 guests tomorrow, a celebrity Christmas Eve dinner drop off Wednesday, and a party of thirty Christmas Day.

These are some lasagnas made for the upcoming events, traditional and roasted butternut squash. I really do think the lasagnas are show stoppers.
