I wish someone had told me anxiety does not have to become a life sentence. That's why on Friday, May 3, 2024, in downtown Geneva (716 W. State Street) I am hosting a free event for women on anxiety. I would love for you to join us. I struggled with anxiety for years, until finding a way to have different relationship with anxiety. I want to encourage women that it's possible to not have to live anxious though life. This event is for women who could use the support through anxiety and for women who are thriving despite anxiety and can use their hope to encourage others. My prayer is for this to be a space where woman can come and feel seen and encouraged and leave with tools and strategies to reach a place of not being afraid to live through anxiety.
