What an incredible day serving slow-smoked BBQ and Slow Dough baked goods to so many wonderful people. From the lines at the truck to families picnicking under the trees, live music in the background, and all the smiles — it was pure joy.
We’re grateful you invited us out and gave us the chance to share real wood-fired flavor with your community.
Special thanks to everyone who stopped by, tried the food, and made the day so memorable.
Flavor (and good company) does not happen in a hurry.

Just a little update on “SlowDough”  it is rising quickly well done Terry.

Slow dough is now available everyday at Taylor St., Pizza in Wasco and also at Spring Bluff nurseries in Sugar Grove. 

So if you are craving sourdough bread and cookies, go and get them.

And you can always send us a message here and place an order.
