Here's something I've noticed after planning weddings across the Midwest:

The couples who feel the most at ease on their wedding day almost always had one thing in common — they chose a venue that genuinely fit their vision, not just their budget or their guest list.

And finding that venue? It takes more than scrolling Instagram.

It takes knowing the right questions. Understanding how light moves through a space at different times of day. Knowing which venues have the flexibility to let your day be yours — and which ones quietly shape your decisions without you realizing it.

That's a big part of what I do at Cherish the Day.
