The front of the building is shaping up, but I haven't shared all the behind-the-scenes that went into making it happen. This week I'll include some posts to show you what it took.

First up - these floors! It all started the very first day. Friends came in and ripped up the old carpet and subfloor to reveal unsavable original floors. After shedding some tears, we pivoted and hired a friend to smooth and level with new plywood, then laid commercial flooring in a soft brown color. The planks are removable and easy to clean, and I really think it turned out beautiful!

Wow, one full week of being open, and it’s been fantastic! We have loved serving so many friends and new faces.

I have had a couple requests for drinks, so I am adding to the menu! We will now have options for

White Chocolate: just like our dark chocolate, it has to be Ghirardelli. The best flavor, real ingredients and silky smooth chocolate

Sugar-free vanilla syrup: make your coffee how you like it, sans sugar

Matcha: after having an “expert” taste test with me, I’m confident I can fulfill your matcha latte dreams

Next: I’m working on my cold-foam perfection, and creating a caramel drizzle!

I love hearing what you enjoy, and am seeking to continue to improve. We will keep our menu small and simple, but promise it will be excellent.

Quartzite coffeehouse summer hours start this week!

Wednesday to Saturday
7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Here is our starting drink menu. We hope to continue to add more to the menu, both for drinks and pastries. For now, we offer an American berry croissant, and french Palmier cookies to go with your drink.

Thank you for an awesome opening weekend! We had a blast serving you at Quartzite Coffeehouse for the first time. We learned a lot over the weekend and we hope you will continue to visit us, as we know we will be able to continue improving our service. Thank you for your excitement and support so far! Please private message us with any feedback so we can learn how to serve you better.

Wednesday - Saturday
7:00am - 2:00pm

We are still doing building renovations, so we are keeping a couple working days open, but plan to also open Tuesdays in the fall.
