This setup is a good example of how furniture can help shape the flow of a large reception. 🪑🌸

Sometimes the personality of a lounge comes down to just a few well-chosen pieces. 💡

We start with the warmth of the caramel sofa, then pull in blue, white, and brass to connect back to the reception around it.

The goal is to pull in just enough of the surrounding palette and finishes so the lounge feels like a natural part of the room, while still having its own purpose and personality.

Bird’s-eye view of one of our favorite parts of the wedding weekend: the rehearsal dinner. 🍽️✨

It’s the perfect chance to explore a different color story and bring in pieces that might not show up on the wedding day. Pale blue linens, warm wood seating, woven textures, and fresh florals set the scene for an evening centered around good food, easy conversation, and time with the people who made the trip to celebrate.

When North Carolina gives you that perfect stretch of weather, you take full advantage of it. ⛅🍃

For this outdoor lounge, we pulled from the character of the 60-acre estate, using deep green, ivory, rust, brass, and natural wood to echo the colors and textures already surrounding the deck.

The furniture felt like an extension of the event itself, giving guests a comfortable place to gather while still feeling completely at home on the property.

Much like the wedding menu, the best tables have a little variety. 🍽️

Patterns, glass, warm wood, soft linens, and pops of florals all play a different role here.

We loved how much personality came through in this Studio 557 bridal shower setup. 🖼️✨

The white seating and marble table gave the lounge a soft, clean foundation, while florals, greenery, pearl details, framed photos, and sculptural accents brought personality into the space.

Together, the furniture and finishing touches created a corner that felt made for celebrating, catching up, and snapping a few photos along the way.

Our favorite fall tables aren’t always the most obvious ones. 🍂

Burgundy brings richness to this setting, but it’s the contrast with blue florals, fresh greenery, clear glass, and warm wood that makes it interesting.

The small lamps add another layer of warmth without leaning too heavily into the season.

We loved working with the scale of this rooftop at Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. 🌼

The glass, clean lines, and open terrace called for a setup that felt light rather than crowded, so we kept the lounge groupings low and gave each one room to breathe. White seating and soft yellow accents kept the palette bright, while striped cocktail tables added just enough pattern to break up the space.

It created an easy rhythm across the rooftop: sit for a while, move around, grab a drink, and find your way back to a conversation.
