Did you know we have multiple ceremony locations at our venue? Including this secret garden vibe cutout in the woods! When you rent the property, you rent the 20 acres it sits on, so ceremony locations abound! This space is nice because it is away from the road and feels like you are out in the wilderness. If you come out to this space in the morning, you might even see a deer or two. Schedule a tour now to see this space and the rest of the property.

We had so much fun at Grinchmas this weekend!! We didn't let the rain ruin our mood! We played games, danced, arts and crafts, story time, and yummy cookies with hot chocolate all accompanied by the Grinch! The kids loved getting red and green and glittered hair as Whos! Can't wait to host more events at Rand-Bryan House for the community! Thank you to everyone who came! If you attended and have any photos, please post and tag us!

Hey Fellow Whos! The Grinch's bad mood brought along some rain clouds for Saturday, so we decided to adjust our Grinchmas plans to Sunday, December 17th from 12 to 4. Please share our event so that more people experience our beautiful event center! This Saturday is the Town of Garner's holiday block party and Christmas tree lighting, so don't miss out on those!! Hi, I'm Heather!!
Few things about me:
1. I am so excited to meet all of you with upcoming weddings and events! I am a people person and extrovert to my core!
2. I have been a wedding planner for 6 years with my company, Paisley and Pearl Events .
3. I have a beautiful little family that consists of my husband, 2.5 year old daughter and mixed Shepherd/Collie/Lab fur child.
4. My favorite part of the wedding is getting to know the couple's story through meetings, the ceremony and toasts!

After 13 years owning and managing the Rand-Bryan House, today I begin my retirement! I am entrusting my historic homeplace and surrounding farm to the Town of Garner and Triangle Land Conservancy to preserve, further beautify and share with the community. A new venue manager is in place to continue weddings and other events at the Rand-Bryan House. Amidst development all around us, Garner and TLC are committed to the preservation of this property and will be figuring out details for its passive use. It has been my honor to share this beautiful place with those of you who have chosen us to host your special day. May the memory-making continue!
